I was just told this by a few people on the ooc channel and i very much woudl like to know if there is any truth to this.. if so will current characters with less then this be brought up to speed? if its false please let me know that as well.

HOW important are they?? i chose my path under custom both for the stats and the backround. as i mainly intend to fight i avoided charisma.( 3 base) but ended up with a very high willpower. basically 3 charisma 14 willpower and even on the other...
